WHAT THE PLATFORM DOES

A finance team’s work
doesn’t end at data entry.
Neither should its AI.

An AI workspace that reads your financial documents together, prepares the routine work and investigates the exceptions—so your team can focus on review, judgment and decisions.

YOUR INPUTS

Invoices, contracts, bank records,
ledger history and company policies.

→
THE AI WORK

Extract, compare, reconcile,
investigate and prepare.

YOUR OUTPUTS

Review-ready entries, explained
exceptions and source-linked reports.

SPECIALIZED AI. ONE SHARED FINANCIAL CONTEXT.

Not one assistant.
A coordinated way
to get the work done.

Different financial tasks need different checks. Each workflow draws on the right records and policies, then hands over a concrete result—not another chat transcript.

SHARED CONTEXT, NOT SHARED CLIENT DATA.

Entity-specific rules. Versioned sources. A review boundary at every external action.

A COMPLETE LOOP, NOT ANOTHER TOOL TO MANAGE

From scattered records
to a decision
you can stand behind.

A structured path from the first document to an approved outcome. Evidence stays with the work, even when it moves between people.

Try a real-world example ↘
01 / CONNECT THE CONTEXT↙

Give the work
its full context.

Bring together the invoice, contract, purchase order and ledger history. Identify the entity, reporting period and policy that apply before proposing a treatment.

02 / INVESTIGATE & PREPARE⌕

Know what fits.
Explain what doesn’t.

Check amounts, dates, terms and prior entries. Draft a proposed treatment where evidence supports it; isolate missing information and competing explanations where it doesn’t.

03 / REVIEW & CONTROL✓

Move forward.
On your terms.

Inspect the source, adjust the proposal and record a decision. Export approved work or scope a controlled write-back. Never confuse a proposed action with a completed entry.

CUSTOMER PERSPECTIVES

Less chasing.
More clarity.

From the monthly close to client reviews, the difference is in the work your team no longer has to reconstruct.

Month-end used to involve a lot of back-and-forth between invoices, payment records, and our accounting system. Now most of that information is organized before we even start reviewing. It makes the whole process much easier to manage.

INTELLIGENCE NEEDS BOUNDARIES

AI does the digging.
You make the call.

The right answer should come with its evidence, its uncertainty and a clear approval path.

↗

Trace it to the source.

Keep every finding linked to the invoice, clause or ledger entry behind it. Inspect what changed and why it was proposed.

⊞

Keep entities separate.

Design access and context around each entity. A policy from one client should never become a rule for another.

⊘

Know when to stop.

Missing evidence, conflicting documents or an approval limit should send work to a person—not trigger a guess.

✓

Review before write-back.

Proposed entries and external messages remain drafts until an authorized reviewer approves the action.

PROPOSED PRODUCT CONTROLS

GOOD QUESTIONS

Before you
hand over the busywork.

Is this a replacement for our accounting system?+

No. The proposed platform is an intelligence and review layer around your existing records. Start with source documents and exports; configure approved write-back only when the connection and controls are ready.

What makes it more than invoice OCR?+

OCR extracts what is on a document. The AI workflow compares that information with contracts, prior transactions and accounting rules, investigates discrepancies and prepares a source-linked recommendation.

Does AI post entries or move money on its own?+

Not in this experience. All examples are prepared locally, and nothing is connected to a bank or ledger. The proposed product keeps posting, payment and external communication behind explicit permissions and approval.

How would we start a pilot?+

Choose one entity, one repeatable workflow and a representative document set. Agree on reviewer ownership and measure field accuracy, exception quality, evidence coverage and review time before expanding.

What happens when information is missing?+

The workflow should show the gap, keep the item open and prepare a specific follow-up question. An unsupported answer is not a completed accounting task.

Are the examples and prices real customer results?+

No. The companies, records and scenarios are illustrative, and the plans are proposed. There are no invented customer endorsements or claimed performance results on this site.
